Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Pakkhi, we strive to provide a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Raise a request within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear product photos and an uninterrupted unboxing video

  • Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted

After verification, we will offer:

  • We will arrange return shipping.
  • A replacement (subject to availability), or

  • A refund

Change of Mind Returns

If you do not wish to keep the product for personal reasons (such as not liking the color, design, or fabric):

  • Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging

  • A processing fee of ₹200 per item will apply

  • Return shipping must be arranged by the customer

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Sale or clearance products

  • Products purchased store credits or promotional offers

  • Customized, stitched, altered, Pico Fall, blouse stitched, or lehenga stitched items

Refunds

  • Damaged, defective, or wrong products: Refund to original payment method (prepaid orders)

  • COD orders: Refund as store credit only

  • Change-of-mind returns: Store credit only

Store credit has 365 days validity.

Size Policy

  • Returns are not accepted for size-related issues

  • Exchange is available only if an incorrect size was delivered

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • A 2.5% payment processing fee will be deducted

Important Notes

  • Product colors may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, and screen settings

  • Minor bead or sequin loosening during transit is considered normal and is not treated as a defect

  • Customized orders are prepaid only and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged
